1st Class visit the White River

Today in First Class we went for a walk to look for water in our locality. We found some at the White River, close to Duffy’s Toyworld. Some of the children in the class live nearby. We followed the river up behind the town to the bridge going down to the library. The water wasn’t very deep or fast moving in the places we stopped to observe it. We will check it again closer to the summer and see if there has been any changes in the water levels.
