A visit from the Postman & the Fireman

Today Junior Infants had a surprise visit from Paul the Postman and Jimmy the Fireman. Paul is Shane’s daddy so it was an extra special day. Paul and Jimmy told us all about their jobs in the community. We were delighted as we have been learning about people in our community as part of our geography lesson. We got to ask questions and we learned a lot about the important work they do. We would like to say a big thank you to them both and a very big thank you for the momentos they brought for all of us. It was a great day .
