Celebrating Grandparents Day

Our visit to the Library for Louth Science Festival Workshop ( The GCSC were very lucky to attend a wind turbine design workshop as well as a lecture about sustainable energy and the future wind turbines that will be installed off Clogherhead soon by ESB)
4th Class were learning all about the Celts this week and we decided to integrate this with art. We made necklaces from clay which had our names inscribed in Ogham – an ancient Celtic form of writing.

Spooky Halloween
