We have had a very eventful month with lots of activities and events to enjoy and celebrate!
A VERY IMPORTANT VISITOR CAME TO THE SCHOOL TODAY, CAN YOU GUESS WHO HE IS?!! WE SANG SONGS FOR HIM AND HE GAVE US A PRESENT FOR OUR CLASSES. THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO VISIT US SANTA, WE KNOW YOU ARE VERY, VERY BUSY GETTING READY TO TRAVEL AROUND THE WORLD TO DELIVER PRESENTS TO ALL THE BOYS AND GIRLS. HAPPY CHRISTMAS TO YOU AND MRS. CLAUS AND TO RUDOLF, THE ELVES AND ALL THE REINDEER!
We held our annual Christmas Celebration in the church with prayers, song, tin whistle and The Story of Christmas performed by Junior Infants.

ENVIRONMENTAL AWARDS
Congratulations to Leah, Stephanie & Lucy from Mr. Moore’s 5th class who won awards for designing a mascot with the theme of sustainability. Lucy won 1st prize in County Louth for her mascot “Solar Panel Sid.” All mascots will appear on Louth County Council’s 2018 calendar. Well done girls, a fantastic achievement.
