We had great fun making delicious buns in First Class today using an easy and reliable recipe. Why not give it a try at home to treat the family!

Ingredients:

110g self raising flour

110g margarine

110g caster sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

Mix everything together in a big bowl till smooth. Spoon it into bun cases. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool down and ice with sprinkles if desired. Enjoy 🙂

Makes 12 buns.

You can double this recipe to make a sponge cake.
