Happy St. Brigid’s Day.

Our St. Brigid’s Cloak display.

We are learning all about St. Brigid. We heard the story about her cloak and how it spread and spread so Brigid would have land on which to build her church. Teacher decided we would make a display for the classroom of St Brigids Cloak.

Here are some pictures below of us making our patches for our St. Brigid’s Cloak display above. We got to choose from lots of different colourful fabrics and made our individual patches with pieces of fabric that we cut up and glued on our squares.  Ms Moroney made a beautiful St. Brigid for our display and put all out patches together to make St Brigid’s cloak. We just love it!
