We supported “Parents against Bullying” by forming the words STOP BULLYING with our bodies in the school yard. We all took part and are proud to be part of this campaign and to do our best to be good, kind and caring pupils.

Congratulations to all the children who were awarded Dalta na Míosa and who recived Special Commendations in May!

In May we were delighted to receive our 6th green flag – for Global Citizenship Litter & Waste

We recently had a visit from members of Clogherhead Life Boats. We learned lots about their work which was really interesting and at times very challenging!

We also had a visit from Eoghan Mac Giollchoda, a local bee keeper. Please visit the new lectern at Dunleer Library where we will be posting lots of interesting information about aspects of the natural environment. We  are doing this in conjunction with Dunleer Tidy Towns. In June as you make your way to the library look up and you’ll see colourful butterflies and bees designed by the children of Scoil Bhríde hanging from the trees!
