2nd Class have been doing fantastic work in class on the theme Winter.
We have been discussing this theme in Religion, English, Gaeilge, History and Music.
We have loved learning facts especially about this celebration and new vocabulary.
We especially loved learning about traditions for this celebration in other countries.
There were 4 themes in total for our Winter groupwork project- Christmas Day, a Winter Scene, animals in Winter and the Birth of Jesus.
Groups worked as per their table groupings.
Firstly we did a draft of what we would like to include for our theme on a smaller scale and then we transferred it onto a bigger page.
We included facts, drawings, layout etc.
We had so much fun working in groups. Our teacher is so proud of how we all worked together & the masterpieces that we produced.
